Vice President, Business Development (Seeking Financial Advisors)

The Vice President, Business Development will play a pivotal role in growing Famco Holdings llc by focusing exclusively on capital raising. This role requires a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in investor engagement and a proven ability to raise significant capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Develop and execute strategies to raise capital and increase investor participation in private debt and equity solutions.
Present Famco Holdings llc’ investment offerings to prospective investors through tailored, high-impact presentations.
Leverage industry expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments to position the firm as a trusted partner.

Qualifications:

20+ years of professional experience in external wholesaling, financial advisory, or capital-raising roles.
Demonstrated success in raising substantial capital and building long-term investor relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Knowledge of alternative investments and public market products and strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A well-established network within the financial and investment communities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Compensation:

This position offers a results-based compensation structure with significant upside potential. Earnings are directly tied to performance, offering substantial rewards for success in capital-raising efforts.
